Description
Replace a worn concealed latch in a compatible Metpar toilet partition door. Model 1509 features a chrome-plated Zamac latch assembly with a flat locking bar and is used primarily with Metpar powder-coated steel and stainless steel restroom partition doors.

Important installation note: Do not completely assemble the latch before installing it in the door. The delicate star washer can break and prevent proper installation.
A compatible stop or keeper is required and should be selected according to whether the stall door swings inward or outward. Shop latch stops and keepers.
The chrome-plated finish can be used with phenolic, powder-coated steel, stainless steel and plastic-laminate partitions, but it is not recommended for wet locations.
