Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms of a legal agreement between you (the customer) and TPH Supply. Simply by using this web site you agree that you have read and understood and agree to all of our terms and conditions.

PAYMENT TERMS

Net 30 days to pre approved customers. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal for all other orders. Personal checks, money orders and Cashiers check are also accepted, however these checks need to clear the bank before we can ship your order. In the event that T.P.H. Supply needs to take any legal action to protect it's rights in connection to any sale or purchase of any of our products or to collect any moneys due, you the buyer shall pay all costs of any legal actions, including but not limited to all reasonable attorney fees and costs.

PRIVACY POLICY

TPH Supply is the sole owner of any information collected on our website and we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We absolutely will not sell, rent or redistribute your information to any other parties unless we are legally required to do so. If we decide to modify our policies in any way we will clearly post any changes on our web site for our customers to review.

ORDERS

$20 minimum purchase plus shipping cost. Orders for those items in stock are usually shipped within one to three business days. In an effort to keep your shipping cost down, TPH Supply has developed relationships with various carriers. If you, the buyer wish to request a specific carrier then the title and risk of loss shall pass directly to you. You should accept and inspect all shipment immediately and file any claims for damages, shortages or loss against the carrier pursuant to their policies. TPH Supply reserves the right to limit the quantity of items ordered or to refuse to sell to our customers at any time. If your order needs to be shipped outside of the USA please email customerservice@tphsupply.com.

RETURN POLICY:

Special order's or custom made items are non returnable. All returnable items will incur a 25% restocking fee. All requests' for returns must be made in writing to customerservice@thpsupply.com, items approved for return will be issued a return authorization number. Returns must be made within 30 days of your original receipt of the merchandise and the return authorization number must appear on the packing slip. Any approved returns must be in perfect working order, unused and in its original new condition and packaging. We require a copy of the original packing slip with all returns. Return the merchandise via any carrier of your choice with all shipping costs pre-paid and insured. TPH Supply will not pay any shipping costs for any returned items. PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY. WARRANTY POLICY:

TPH Supply will warrant all of its merchandise pursuant to the original manufactures warranty, typically never less than one year. If your item was new old stock and the original manufacture is no longer in business than the one year warranty will apply. This warranty only applies to manufacturing defects, and no other warranties or liabilities are intended or implied. Sellers responsibility will be limited to at the sole discretion of the seller the repair replacement or refund of the returned. All quotes are good for 30 days and are subject to change after that.
